Andromeda glaucophylla

A low spreading evergreen shrub, 10 to 30cm tall found in northern North America. The whitish pink flowers appear in May and June in terminal nodding umbels. Distinguished from Andromeda polifolia by the presence on the underside of the leaf of a dense covering of short white hairs, and by shorter pedicels. Ht. 26-30cm. Spd. 46-60cm.


'Latifolia'

Pink flowers, May-Jun with grey-green foliage. The leaves are broader than Andromeda glaucophylla f. glaucophylla. Ht. 26-30cm. Spd. 46-60cm.
