The flowers, Jan-May, open heliotrope (H12) and deepen through magenta (H14) to crimson (H13) as the season progresses. Dark green foliage. Raised from seed at Myretoun, Menstrie, Clackmannonshire, Scotland by A. Porteous. Ht. 10-15cm. Spd. 31-45cm.
